Prior to joining PIMCO in 2019, he was chief operating officer and chief risk officer at Mt. Logan Re Ltd., the collateralized reinsurance operation of re/insurer Everest Re. Previously, he was with AIG as deputy chief underwriting officer for global property, and earlier as vice president, international commercial property. Prior to AIG, he worked at PartnerRe, Swiss Re, General Re, and Quanta Holdings. He has 36 years of investment experience and holds an MBA in finance from Fairfield University.
